Once upon a time, a group of passionate business advisors came together with a shared vision of creating an organisation that would uplift individuals and communities by promoting economic self-sufficiency. Their collective drive and commitment led to the birth of Rufinlit, a dynamic and innovative NGO dedicated to unlocking opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive economically and socially. 

Rufinlit was founded on the belief that every individual possesses immense potential and with the right support and resources, they can create a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities. We recognise the pressing need to address the barriers that hinder financial independence and economic growth, particularly among marginalised groups.

Being inspired by the resilient spirit and entrepreneurial energy of Ghanaians, Rufinlit set out on a mission to provide comprehensive support and resources to individuals seeking to break free from the cycle poverty and take control of their lives. We envision a society where individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, can access the tools and knowledge necessary to chart their own path towards economic self-sufficiency.  

At the heart of the work, we do is the understanding that financial education and access to financial services are crucial to building blocks for success. We have a series of impactful initiatives aimed to equip individuals with essential financial knowledge and skills, empowering them to make informed decisions, manage their resources and businesses, and navigate the complexities of a modern economy.
